Rick Payne, President of Crawl Space Systems, LLC has over 20 years of experience as a Class A contractor. He is an expert in the study of crawl spaces, moisture control and energy audits.
Our house is a new construction. The crawl was sealed and conditoned by our builder's sub. After it was completed, I thought that there were some problems with the crawl and that it was not properly sealed. So, I hired Crawl Space Systems (Rick) to inspect it and give a report. He did a very thorough job and wrote a detailed report. His recommendations were very important in helping get the problems fixed. He has also been very good at following up. Rick is highly knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend him.
